Card batches settle to an eligible debit card through our funding partner; an evaluation period is required before instant batch funding is enabled. Instant payroll deposits run on the RTP® network. The funding account must support Request for Payment (RfP) and the receiving account must support RTP® to avoid delays; where unsupported, deposits settle by same-day ACH. Industry-standard instant funding rates of 1.5% may apply. Payroll with direct deposits to artists and two-way messaging are sold separately as optional add-ons; two-way messaging is $20/month. Who builds Keep The Fees?
Tattoo people. Co-founder Adam Facenda is a second-generation tattoo artist, and the platform was researched and built with more than 500 working artists and shop managers, feature by feature, for how a tattoo and piercing shop actually runs.
Is there a mobile app?

Are there any hidden fees?
No. Plans start at $69.99/month, and the price on this page is the price you pay.
Am I locked into a contract?
No long-term contracts. We do require a short application to legally approve your business, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
What does zero-fee processing actually mean?
Every sale shows two prices - one for cash, one for card - and the card price covers the processing cost, so the shop keeps 100% of the charge instead of losing 3–4% off the top. It’s called dual pricing, it’s how the platform works on every plan, and it’s not an upgrade.
What happens if something breaks?

I’m not a tattoo shop. Can I still use it?
