KTF is built specifically for artists by tattoo artists. One of our co-founders, Adam Facenda, is a 2nd generation tattoo artist, and working with him and in collaboration with over 500 tattoo artists and shop managers, we have researched and analyzed the specific features needed to efficiently run a tattoo and piercing shop.

Three plans, billed monthly. Individual is $69.99 for solo artists and private studios, Mid-sized is $99.99 for studios with 3 to 6 artists, and Large studio is $129.99 for 7 or more artists under one roof. Zero-fee processing is included on every plan rather than sold as an upgrade.

Yes. Thirty days, and you do not need a credit card to start.

No. Our onboarding team handles the migration for you, white-glove, from almost any system you are coming from. When you are ready, export your data and send it over. We take clients, their history and your inventory, and we adapt our standard import format to your export format. Nothing needs reformatting on your end.

Most shops are taking bookings the same afternoon. Setting your services, availability and booking rules takes minutes and needs no technical skill. If you are migrating from another system, our onboarding team runs that alongside.

We do require an application which is necessary to legally approve your business; however, we have no long-term contracts and a client can cancel upon 30 days notice.

Our prices start at $69.99/month. There are no hidden fees.

Zero fee processing runs on dual pricing. Every sale shows two prices, one for cash and one for card. The card price covers the processing cost, so your studio keeps 100% of its listed price.

Not to get started. Keep The Fees runs in a browser and in the iOS and Android apps. If you want a card terminal, qualified applicants get one with dual pricing configured out of the box, month to month, with no cancellation fee. Return the terminal and you are square.

Yes. One owner account can manage several studios, each with its own artists, schedules, settings and stock counts. Reporting reads a single shop or all of them together.

Yes. Each artist has their own schedule, services, commission settings and client list, and can check their earnings and pay stubs in the app without going through the front desk.

Yes. Your booking link works from Instagram, Facebook or your own site, so nothing needs rebuilding before you start taking appointments.
